Most people in this country especially those who were born here can not believe that corruption exists within the british justice system.I married a wealthy , political arab who needed the right to remain in the uk and also wants to desperately obtain a british passport for financial and political reasons. He suceeded in obtaining custody of my daughter using corrupt methods including blackmail and bribery. I have a history of depression like many thousnds of other people in the uk , but during the custodial proceedings evidence was witheld from doctors and psychologists in order to make me look like I was talking nonsense and suffering from paranoia. Isnt it so hard when you know exactly whats going on but your hands are tied when your not a professional and keep getting referred back to the people that are obviously helping your ex spouse. Evidence of domestic violence was witheld from the proceedings including photographs taking by the police of my bruised face and hands inflicted by my ex.I also had severe bruising all over my body also inflicted by my ex when I was admitted to hospital prior to the child custodial proceedings and it was documented by a doctor. This man has custody of my child and I gave all this evidence directly to the social services when I realised that my solicitor didnt give it to the athouriities at the begining of the proceedings.He had interim custody of my daughter for almost a year before I realised that they did not have such evidence. The social services did not raise this information to the courts at this stage because isnt it obvious that they ddint do there job properly.I was forced to surrender all my documents to this case back to the courts during the case coincidentally, or I was told I was at risk of going to prison for contempt.I said of course but I have this evidence which they meant for me to surrender, but how can it be court documents if it was never filed and brought before the courts.Then I faxed the court guardian all the evidence too, and he promised me that that matter would be dealt with accordingly in his final statement, and coincidentally his statement was filed on the last day of the case and I got a copy afterwards.Surprise, surprise no mention of domestic violence. When your desperate like this you had to trust someone but isnt it shocking the measures people would go to cover themselves and others even when they can see that a child is at risk. Please tell me there are other women out there who have had a similar experience
hello edit@b, you do realise I the same girl asking these qestions about the same subject during the cousre of the day. Am I right in believing that you have come to see that my daughters court case is somewhat different from the norm? So is this the end of the road for me? or do you think there is some other avenue I can go down? I have tried to get him back in the family court regarding aother seperate issue regarding my daughter which initially was his application.He didnt think it would backfire on him and luckily I managed to prohibit him from removing my child from the uk.I am at present trying my best to get as much evidence of his fraudulent activity to give to the home office to let them realise that he is invovled in some sort of crimminal activity which could jepeordise his discretionary right to remain
