I have a registered version of Stellar Phoenix Windows Data Recovery. This has happened 3 times already and I do not understand why, on 2 different computers at that. After it scans the sick drive, it detects ALL my files and I see it in the tree directory. After I select all the files and folders I want to recover, I find that I can’t pull down any of the menu. I mouse over and I can’t see the full pull-down of the menu. Clicking on any of the buttons doesn’t do anything or brings up a blank or what seems to be blank pop-up message screen. If I minimize the program, I cannot maximize it again and am forced to close the program. I have also selected to run this program ‘as administrator’. What is wrong with this damn program? I heard it was good….
