I have two Fantom Drives (1 TB each). These drives come as two 500 gB drives hooked to each other (So a total of 4 physical hdds). I accidentally broke the piece that connects 2 drives and makes it one. I’ve stuck each of these drives into a eSATA to USB device and the drives spin up and I can recover the data.
But, I was wondering is it possible to copy these two harddrives to another terabyte system?
So, in Disk Management it shows the master drive as having 931 GB and the slave as having 465 GB. This is untrue, they both have 465 Gb. So, I was thinking I could copy the first drive (that says 931 Gb) to the additional Terabyte system and then copy over the second drive…And hopefully preseto changeo, it would work.
I realize that’s a really specific question, but, does anyone know any bit for bit copying software that I could run from one USB drive to another?
