Immediately after starting up, the computer displays an unexpected error code 3221225478 with exception address 76202C6E. The computer is running extremely slowly overall and some applications and services (including internet explorer and even opening the control panel) are not accessible at all? What could be causing this behavior. The computer is a Dell Inspirion 1100. Thanks.
