My Hard Disk Failed? How to recover it?

My hard Disk didn’t detected in BIOS.Why Happens this? How to Recover my hard disk data?is any software for that?Pls Tell me..

    Check that the jumper settings on it are correct (usually there is a diagram) for your setup, eg. Master/Slave/Auto

    once the heads of your hard drive crashed on the plates the only way to recover data is to take it to specialized shop that recover lost data, but they will charge you around $100.00 an hour your best bet is to get a new hard drive and forget the lost data

    Satisfied with the answer of ALEX i.e.
    Check that the jumper settings on it are correct (usually there is a diagram) for your setup, eg. Master/Slave/Auto

    But also check: when the hardisk is connected, do you feel the vibration of motor inside the hard disk? If not then its motor’s fault that spins the disk inside it & if yes then its the fault of the ic plate.

    And sorry no such software is there that can repair a hardware.
    You have to get your hard drive manually repaired.
