    i have a 500gb seagate barracuda that fell of my desk when it was running now it wont spin (diy dont do) i got mine open and the spindle does not move one bit like its jammed. any way to unjam it

    That is why these drives should be opened in a lab where there is no chance of contamination from external elements.
