Is There Any Way I Can Recover Data From A Corrupted Dvd Backup ?

i used a dvd to backup part of my data,but when i try to
copy that data back to my hard drive part of it can’t be copied,
is there any way i can recover at least part of it?

    This is the problem with backups on CDs/DVDs.
    Every time we need it, don´t work.

    if the label is not damamged and only the plastic disc… get it re-surfaced…
    Label holds data,,, PLastic is just a lense
