not knowing what data you lost, i can only tell you this:
if you play offline and recover/ migrate your account to another system without signing in to live beforehand, your data will not be saved and will be lost for good

like the guy above me said its hard to tell not knowing what kind of data was lost but if you mean you lost your heroic, ledgendary, or mythic maps just re-download them off the marketplace for free but if you mean your old custom maps i believe they are gone for good unless you had them your fileshare were you can just download them off there
