Very important data ( office files/months of work) …2nd flash drive in a row that has failed. Is there any way for me to recover this data at home? Make windows find it? Or is there a service that someone like bestbuy can perform?
Is it possible to recover data from a flash drive that is not detected by windows?

If the flash drive has failed there is no way to recover the data due to the way it is stored on chips. Unlike devices that use magnetic disks like hard drives or floppy disks.
