Here’s the story…
The computer that my ipod was registered on and used itunes from crashed. So I brought my computer to get repaired. After it came back all of the pictures and documents and music and iTunes had to be taken away to get rid of the virus i guess. How can i sync my ipod and still keep my videos and music that i already have??

The best way is to retrieve all existing videos and music on your iPod back to computer. In this case, all songs/videos are on your iTunes library that you can syn with whenever you wish to without losing any files.

It will help transfer all music and video (both purchased and non-purchased) from iPod back to your iTunes and secure your iPod media contents by copying it to your PC. More importantly, it will flawlessly sort video and audio content and preserve all your playlists.
