If a file has been overwritten then it is highly unlikely you will get it back…many software recovery companies have said even overwriting a file with “0″’s just once cannot be retreived.although military standard is 7 overwrites

if the data deleted in the recycle bin isn’t really deleted and we just dont know where to find it, then where?

the data goes into the unallocated space on the device

No it doesn’t unallocated space is when you partition your drive without formating itthe “deleted” file just gets flagged as deleted
