dude dude dude. i have the same exact hard drive as u. terabite. everything. my dumbassa dropped it nd looking everywhere 2 get it fixed. any luck. i might have to send it 2 a recover place. i was going to make it into a internal hard drive. u think?

So I found a local IT tech guy at an electronics store near my house, he’s going to break into it, because the stupid Xtreme, has no way to actually get into it with screws and such, he can recover the files a lot cheaper than the recover file house places. when you dropped it, if you have not scraped it up, then yeah internal can be good, but if your data disk on the drive is scratched, then i dont think you can do the internal idea. ill update you
