boot failure?

here my problem, my computer will post get one beep and then it will say boot failure. but i can format my hard boot from cd, press any key to start. format hard no problem, restart after
i get to window no problem. but when i turn it off and try to boot
i post one beep, and then it say boot failure, i chesk the bois
everything in order, still no boot.

    Check what is set to be your first boot device.

    It may have become set to something other than your hard drive.;
